The observation of the Sun can be booked when registering for daytime excursions but a clear day and an active Sun is needed. For groups of 20–25 people. Larger groups of visitors are split into two.

Two telescopes with special filters are used. One is for the observation of sunspots, the other – for protuberances (solar flares). If the Sun is active the images are nothing short of impressive. It’s a great opportunity to see what’s happening 150 million km away. In addition to this, the guide will tell you more about our closest star.

Younger visitors should be accompanied by adults as they may need some assistance.
